About this property

Mountainside Lake Cabin - Summer on Moose Pond

Book your summer getaway now!

Welcome to Vacationland. Relax lakeside with family and friends on Moose Pond, boat or hit the slopes at Pleasant Mountain just across the causeway!

30 minutes to North Conway, Naples or 10 minutes to downtown Bridgton. Golf courses and breweries abound. The Saco River is only 5 minutes down the road in Fryeburg or hike in the surrounding wilderness. Winter brings ice fishing, snowmobiling and skiing. The possibilities for adventure are endless!

The property is waterfront on Moose Pond. This vintage cabin was built in the 1920s and once served as a teahouse, restaurant and lodging for travelers.

The main house features 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with standup shower, living room with wood stove, and galley kitchen. There is also a screened in porch with dining area and lounge chairs.

There is a bunkhouse in the backyard, also waterfront, that can be opened up to allow the breeze and natural light inside. There is a queen bed in one room, and two twins in the other with trundles if needed.

The backyard has an 8 person picnic table, Adirondack chairs around the campfire, gas grill and is stocked with firewood. Watch the sunset and listen to the loons.

The 20' dock extends to 6' deep water level. Be sure to double check routes from boat ramp (across the street) under the causeway to this cabin and bring your water shoes! The swimming area has a sandy/rocky bottom.

The storage shed and garage are not accessible during guest stays.

Guest access
Guests will be given a keycode prior to stay to enter through the mudroom off of the kitchen.
