Beautiful house in the woods at idealic Fallen Leaf. Property extends to the lake with a private dock. House offers big decks, stunning views of the lake and access to wonderful hikes in addition to the marina with kayaking, boating, water skiing, sailing etc. Kitchen is well stocked with staples, Wolf cook top, espresso maker big refrigerator, double ovens, bar sink in addition to kitchen sink. Fireplace in Living room and many games for relaxation. Master Bedroom and Bunk room have TVs for movies to relax after a long day. (3) Bedrooms with king beds, (1) with twin beds plus a great bunk room with (2) bunk beds!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Secure Front Deck Doors - (see instruction 2)
Door on left (if you are facing lake) needs to be secured first. To do that, close that door & crank handle up. That will set the bolt. Then close right door & turn deadbolt securing it to left door.
No trash or food can be left outside, Put garbage bags in dumpsters at the end of the lake at parking lot after you drive by the marina entrance. See below diagram. (Not at the Marina parking lot.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No loud parties or activities allowed on premises. Noise is to be kept at minimum especially outside between 8:00 pm and 10 am.
- Parking only directly in front of house/ garage (Garage is not included in the rental)
- Do not leave trash outside - there are bears! - Trash needs to be bagged and thrown away at dumpsters located past the marina (not in marina)
