Park free on or off the street and walk into a piece of history in this Historical home with updated modern appliances and amenities! Step into the front door foyer (with hardwood floors throughout most all of the home (porcelain tile in kitchen and bathrooms). Colorful decorative furniture and rugs in living room with a large smart TV over the fireplace right off of the full kitchen and separate dining room! This spacious home has a comfy King bed in the master bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom with the guest queen bed bedroom, bith with large windows and smart TVs! The bunkbed room has a full bed in bottom and twin on top with a full bath beside it in the rear hallway! Stroll downtown past our beautiful Wilson Park with a huge water fountain, elaborate public library, UNA college (5 blocks away), historical post office or our (Shoals)Theatre that has a variety of shows including plays, concerts, comedians, etc.! (3 blocks away) Sit outside along the cobblestone (3 blocks away) at Rivertown Coffee Shop, The Carraige Wine Market, Lost Pizza, Wildwood Tavern or The Chicago Cafe! Or continue one more block to (Court Street) & many more shops, restaurants, pubs, etc.!
