This small private building has only 25 units and the views from the rooftop are absolutely stunning!
Make the most of your stay in beautiful Puerto Vallarta by being within easy walking distance to all the great restaurants, shops and the beach clubs.
Have drinks served to you from the rooftop bar while you wade in the water overlooking Old Town and Banderas Bay.
Our apartment has:
* Great wifi...free....and TV for Netflix
* Gorgeous travertine stone floors and Carrera marble countertops and Parota wood
cabinets throughout.
* Fully equipped kitchen....coffee maker, micro wave, stove top, toaster, oven, refer.
* Clean and beautiful bathroom with awesome rain shower...body wash, shampoo, hair
dryer and soap supplied
* Outdoor terrace with views of the sea and mountains
* Washer and dryer with suds supplied
* Elevator to all floors of course
* Full length mirror. (yes, some places actually forgot to add this)

Zona Romantica hideaway

Wonderful base to relax in the romantic zone. Watched whales play in the ocean from the rooftop pool. Easy walk to good restaurants and a well stocked kitchen for when we wanted to cook and chill with some Netflix.

Beautiful condo!!! Sunsets from the balcony and pool. Saw whales on two occasions from the rooftop pool (which was also amazing). Right in the middle of everything with restaurants right around every corner. Really could not have asked for anything more! Just an amazing experience!

Holiday getaway.

The room is compact but comfortable. Most appliances a person would need. We used the dish washer every day because there is only a few place settings. The washing machine makes a lot of noise. The bed is harder than we are used of. the shower stall is roomy with a nicerain fall head. Instructions in English for stove, washer and dryer, and microwave would be helpful. We were not given instructions on the phone between the room and the front door if a guest arrives. The staff was friendly and helpful. The funicular was a fun experience and very helpful. A decent location 2.5 blocks from the ocean.Restaurants and grocery stores with in a block.

We love traveling and Puerto Vallarta Old Town is one of our favorite destinations on the planet!
We especially like this location where our new Penthouse Studio is located. From the rooftop pool there is no better view anywhere!
The apartment itself is super chic with brilliant colors, solid Parota wood cabinets and a fabulous open floor plan that makes our guests feel like they are on top of the world in a beautiful jewel box!....that's why we have repeat visitors to this amazing apartment which is just steps away from all the great restaurants and the beach clubs...yet quiet at night when you want to sleep.
We live in California near San Francisco, so it's just a 3hr 20min flight to this little paradise by the sea. We find ourselves going more often these days because we keep meeting new people on the beach at Los Muertos that love PV as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood were our apartment is located is perfect for those that like the convenience of having everything...beach, restaurants, and shopping right there... all just an easy walk away!....especially if you are visiting for a few days or a week...you want everything at your fingertips, without having to take cab rides everywhere.
There are also great little markets for all those essentials like milk, fresh coffee...baked goods etc.

What makes this property unique is that it is in a small building (25 units), so the common areas are never overcrowded.
....and ....it has the most spectacular non-obstructed view of Banderas Bay and Old Town!....there simply is no better location for views and yet quiet at night.
