Pink cozy heaven

The photos are accurate and spot on. It was very clean and convenient to the event we attended in Newark. We loved the pink touches. It is on a main road that leads to a hospital, so there is noise associated with that. I am employed at a hospital, some I'm familiar with the noises.There were some issues with the parking garage, that were handled expeditiously by the property owner and subsequent management. Definitely recommend staying at this property. heafw

It was alright

The place is an apartment complex with security. The furniture slid across the floor whenever we sat down. The leg on the bed about broke with our weight. Was told I could have early check in but then was told that there was no record of the conversation but I have the receipt, and sent it but was ignored after I sent it. Was made to clean the place or was threatened to be charged, but this was not in the agreement. Misleading and unprofessional. The floor was not swept or mopped.

This review is an absolute lie and complete misrepresentation of our place and how we conduct business. This guest was extremely rude and unprofessional her entire stay. This guest inquired about but never confirmed an early check in with us and showed up two hours early. This guest never provided any receipts of an early check in confirmation either. We never ignore any of our guest. Our bed is extremely sturdy and guest never mentioned anything about bed issues. Upon checking out we noticed that a screw came loose from one of the legs during their stay. Lastly we didn't threaten this guest whatsoever. We don't charge our guest an additional cleaning fee and send check out instructions to each guest that night prior to check out. Those instructions are simple ask such as taking out the trash, putting all used dishes in the dishwasher etc. We would never threaten any guest.
