Description
This remodeled carriage house comes fully furnished with a bright coastal chic design. The full kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, all utensils and dishes required for cooking a delicious meal, coffee maker, and a breakfast bar. A USB outlet has been provided in the bar area for your charging needs. The space boasts an open and airy living / dining area. In the living room you will find a pullout queen size couch with extra linens, flat screen Smart TV, DVD player. WIFI is provided and the login access will be provided in your welcome information. The sun-filled bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable, queen sized bed and blackout shades. In the closet, you will find a full size mirror, hanger space, ironing board, and a luggage rack. The small, but stylish bathroom is just off the bedroom. We provide toiletries and toilet paper for your arrival. Guests are responsible to provide their own once the provided toiletries are exhausted.
Access
As a guest of Boho South Bungalow, you will have access to your own private front porch and courtyard which contains a bistro set where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Guests have private access through a gated entrance. A lock box to the side of the gate provides access to the key for all locks. The code to the lock box will be provided for checkin. There is free, on-street parking just outside the rental. You will need to pay attention to the posted street sweeping signs regarding overnight restrictions.
Location
Boho South Bungalow is located one block from the beautiful Forsyth Park and several local restaurants including Black Rabbit, Local 11Ten, Alexander's Bistro, and St. Bibiana's. You are just a short walk to historic downtown Savannah where you can enjoy more restaurants, shopping, antiquing, historic sites, and ghost tours. You will also be a 20 mile drive to Tybee Island beaches.
Parking and Transportation
There is ample on-street, non-metered (free) parking. Please pay attention to the posted street sweeping signs regarding overnight restrictions. If you don't feel like strolling through the squares for the walk downtown, there are pedi-cabs available as well as a free bus shuttle bus, called The Dot, that runs from Forsyth Park to downtown. The posted details for this shuttle can be found near the corner of Park Avenue and Bull Street which borders the south end of the park. Keep an eye out for the purple and green signs throughout town for pickup locations. The city tries to keep these buses running every 10 minutes.
