The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a personal safe for your belongings. Step out onto the wrap-around terrace to take in stunning views of the river, mountains, and the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. The second bedroom has two single beds, ample closet space, and shares access to the guest bathroom.

The centerpiece of this contemporary home is its open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Furnished with stylish furniture and designed with simplicity and elegance, this space is perfect for both relaxation and socializing. Whether you're preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen, dining at the sleek table, or unwinding in the cozy living area, the ambiance is ideal for creating memories.

No smoking or vaping in the building, grounds, or terraces (guests must go to the street in front)
Pets are not permitted by renters


Important Notice – Rooftop Pool
The rooftop pool will be closed starting Monday, September 29th for about 5–6 days due to final maintenance and safety work.
During this time, guests can still enjoy the Jacuzzi, firepit, and rooftop bar, which will remain open as usual.
