Villa is a special place in a wonderful relaxing location with views across the bay to Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan.

There is great snorkeling and plenty of fish to entertain both adults and children on the coral reef right in front of the villa. This great villa is tranquilly settled on a small low-tide beach and offers guest a real chance to escapes stresses and just relax. The beautiful views across the bay are a real highlight of spending time in this East Bali coastal area.

There is a large garden area ideal for kids to run around, and steps down to the private sandy beach at low-tide. During high tide there are long piers on which to take a walk if you wish to swim and dive in deeper water. A plentiful coral-reef directly lies right in front of the villa which is great for those who love snorkeling and we provide some basic gear and two kayaks. A secluded private swimming pool makes our villa an escape-like dream for families, couples and friends.

Villa has 5 bedrooms, comprising 3 doubles and 2 twins - which can be made into double rooms. There are four rooms in the pool pavilion; the two rooms on the second floor share a shower & bathroom and so can be most suited to a family group with younger children, as you access the second bedroom [a master with sea view] from the first [a twin]. Two double rooms make up the lower floor. Bedroom five is in the garden pavilion and is accessed by a spiral staircase. The villa has a courtyard style pool which allows good connection between all the rooms. There is an un-fenced area at the back of the garden with a drop into the sea.

Villa is fully serviced, and are staff are happy to prepare meals and serve you drinks throughout the day, The villa also has a fully equipped chef's kitchen and an outdoor dining area perfect for entertaining. Just a great villa, ideal for one big family, two small families or a gathering of close friends. We offer babysitting if adults wish to have an evening out [a small gratuity for babysitting after 8pm is appreciated].

We access the beach by a short walk through the lovely little village or on a trail through some coconut plantations; it takes just 5 minutes to make the walk. Our chef will provide you with delicious meals cooked to the highest quality and at a price on par with local restaurants, but with a higher degree of quality. There are oceanfront restaurants which are an easy walk away and provide a nice social atmosphere. There are also many to choose from just a few minutes drive away and taxis are very cheap and efficient and motorcycle hire is available if you are comfortable riding.

Around the villa there are loads of things to do; for culture buffs the fascinating Bali Aga walled village of Tenganan is just 3km away. Candidasa Temple, and the Goa Lawah bat temple are a short drive away, and the water palaces at Tirta Gangga, the royal palace at Klungkung and the Balinese mother temple Besakih are all an easy drive away. For the kids there is obviously all the temple ceremonies, and farm animals, but other more modern attractions are close by including Bali Safari and Marine Park (30 mins); Submarine Rides (15 mins); Elephant Trekking (40 mins).

Villa has 5 bedrooms, comprising 4 doubles and a twin. We do have two extra cot beds for small children, and also can provide floor mattresses for older children, but the villa cannot accommodate more than 10 adults.

If we have more than 8 guests, there is also a small extra charge of GBP 20/person/night for each additional guest above 8 persons (GBP 10/night for children below 10 and infants 2 or under are free) to cover our extra costs for breakfast, laundry etc.
