The residence sits steps (literally 5 feet) from the lake with 100 feet of frontage and expansive decking and outdoor seating overlooking the lake. Floor radiant heating and air conditioning with reverse osmosis water system. This home boasts the following features:

3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with two rooms having one queen bed and the master suite offers a King size adjustable bed and a steam shower with panoramic views of the lake. There is a trundle bed on the enclosed climate controlled patio overlooking the water. This home can accommodate a maximum of eight people.

An expansive lakefront decking for outdoor dining and four chaise lounges for enjoying the afternoon sun. Top of the line Hotspring Hotspot Rhythm Jacuzzi tub with waterfall and seating for up to 7ppl. Manicured gardens surround the home.

Flat panel TV's in all rooms (7 in total) with a 65' TV in Living room with sound bar with remote gas fireplace to take the chill out of the air on cool crisp mornings or evenings. High Speed Internet access throughout and YouTube streaming service included.

Chef Kitchen with Electrolux six burner gas range, Frigidaire French door Refrigerator and Frigidaire Dishwasher. Toaster and Air Fry oven. Large open lake view kitchen with large granite bar for seating for up to 8 guests. LG Washer and Dryer.
