~~The Space~~
This 2 bedroom home in Trailhead Village townhouse community comfortably accommodates 6 people. Bedrooms are located upstairs with a full bathroom in the center hallway. First bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The kitchen comes well equipped for entertaining with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware, and most importantly a dishwasher. Outside you can relax and enjoy firing up the gas grill on the deck. Full sized washer and dryer are located in the half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience. There is wireless internet through out the home, DVD player, spare HDMI cable, and Roku TVs. Sorry, no cable - but there are plenty of books too!!

Summer Months: There is no A/C. General rule of thumb for keeping the home cool – Open windows at night, and keep all shut after 9am to trap in the cool air. There are fans available in every room as well.

Lockbox key access will be given after booking is confirmed. There is a large communal lawn, which you can access behind swing gate off the deck.

Conveniently located near the tri-state metropolitan area. Village of Tannersville is home to some of the best bars, restaurants & shops in the area. You can also enjoy going to the Orpheum Performing Arts Center, movie theater, massage therapy & yoga classes. All year round you are surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas! In the winter, you are a short distance away from world class skiing - Choose from Hunter, Windham and Belleayre ski slopes. In spring, summer and fall there is so much to do - fishing, biking, hiking, golfing & much more. Also, make sure to come check out the various festivals in the Catskill Mountains!

All linens and towels are provided - There are extra in the half bath. Hairdryer, hand & body soaps are also available. Table expansion leaf and extra folding chairs available in the closet.
Please note that the community does not have a dumpster. Guests are responsible for disposing of their garbage and recycling at the county transfer station nearby, or take home.
