To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with a Ring camera featuring audio capabilities situated at the exterior of the house. The camera will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation:
- Street in front of the house
- Entrance to the property
- Front Lawn
- Back Lawn
- Parking space
Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have visibility into any interior spaces.

Guests have full access to the entire home and all amenities within the Hideout community, once verified. A pre-registration form is required and submitted to the HOA before check-in. The home has a secure keypad entry for self-check-in.

House Rules:
*Must be age 25 to book and stay.
*A pre-registration form must be completed post booking. A link will be sent for completion. Please note, the reservation is not finalized until we receive the completed form.
*We do not allow pets as our home is an allergy-friendly living environment.
*No smoking inside the home, or within 50 feet of the property.
*Only allow a maximum of two visitors for the entire stay. Host must be notified 24-hours in advance for unauthorized guest to be called in at the gate.
*Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. & Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

If host is ever contacted by the POA or Public Safety to report any disturbances, violations, noise complaints, or citations caused by the guests, this is considered an immediate cancelation of your reservation as this is not tolerated within our home or within the community. No refunds requests will be granted.

While we take measures to minimize this, complete elimination is not possible. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the natural beauty.
