Welcome to our spectacular single family home with 5 bedroom and 2bath located in Seattle’s Central District. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located while peaceful place. Minutes’ walk to Seattle University, Swedish Hospital Cherry Hill and tons of local bars, restaurants and shops. A stone's throw from Capitol Hill, International District, Seattle downtown. Worry about difficult street parking? We offer free private driveway parking for up to 3 cars!
Our Spacious place has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 10 guests. Split level designed entrance. Upstairs with open concept kitchen , dining and living areas including a large center island including dual sink and breakfast bar area. Adjacent to cozy dining and living area.
Upstairs offer two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom comes with a queen bed.
Downstairs with three bedrooms, one full bath and a large family/entertaining room. Each bedroom comes with a queen bed.
Guests will have access to the entire home with private entrance and fully fenced. Guess will have worry-free parking (up to 3 normal size cars) at our private driveway at the back side of the house. Street parking is also available at the front street.
Check in with my smart lock and No keys to worry about! The key-code to the door will automatically be disabled within an hour of your departure time. If you've left anything behind, please let us know and we'll arrange to get it returned!
Other things to note
We offer all the cooking essentials, laundry essentials, free High Speed Internet and Youtube TV (with all major live and sport channels) for our guest. We also provide pack n play, high chair and many board games for you.

Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), NO pets, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property
