We stayed for a long weekend F-M and had all the rooms used since our family is large. The place was really nice for what we needed, only complaint would be there was 1 towel for each of us so we had to do laundry while there for more clean towels. The house was really clean and well set up and we would definitely stay again.
This house was perfect for what we needed. The rooms had good space in them and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was great. The house is about a 10 minute drive from the pier area. We were able to park a 15 passenger van in the space behind the house. When we come back to the Seattle area we will certainly be back!
Spacious house for our family of 10 and children friendly. The downs stairs room spacious and children friendly. Perfect for games and movie night. Near parks and to the down town Seattle. The perfect house if you are planning a trip to Seattle.
This place worked great for our large family coming down for some medical appointments. It’s close to everything with great off street parking! The hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs before and during our stay. Highly recommended!
This was was perfect for a trip with my best friends. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of food options. Great spaces upstairs and downstairs with plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!

The purpose of this review is to provide an objective overview, as our experience did not align with previous high ratings. We appreciated the host’s prompt communication, convenient location, and 15% good-faith refund to our night stay. However, maintenance and child safety issues impacted our stay. We reported several cleanliness and plumbing issues during our stay, backed by photos. The home needed a deeper clean; floors were superficially swiffered rather than mopped, horizontal surfaces had dust/debris, and mattress protectors had hair from previous guests. We also faced an active ant issue. The bathroom had moldy shower curtains, mold around the tub floors and behind the toilet, and ceiling mold spots from poor ventilation. Toilets had a very slow water return, risking overflow. For families with young children, please note structural safety hazards: multiple stair flights lack safety gates, furniture is fragile glass, and the tub lacks anti-slip mats. Additionally, the sole parking exit goes directly through a bedroom, compromising privacy. Lastly, the downstairs lacks A/C entirely. Portable upstairs units struggle to cool bedrooms evenly and trip the circuit breaker when using other appliances. Outside, overgrown thorny bushes along the driveway present a hazard when exiting vehicles. For over 800/night, we hope these operational details are addressed.
The house was adequate for our needs. 4 adults, 1 teen, 2 littles, and a grandma....Not sure we are the demographic for this host... there are no grab bars in either bathroom, and no coverings on the windows. Blinds are ok for privacy, but let in way too much light late in the evening in summertime.... Overall, though, we spent most of every day out playing, and coming home to 5 bedrooms was very comfortable.
