Great location steps away from Cocoa Beach

Great little property just steps away from Cocoa Beach. Had everything we needed for a quick visit to the beach. Well equipped with everything you need like chairs, games, etc too.

Great house, Great location, Great host

The house was just as pictured! They even had beach chairs and boogie boards available for use which was so nice as it was a quick walk to the beach. The host responded very quickly to any questions and made the whole rental process a breeze!

Before a cruise stay

Property was beautiful!! Great location, short walk to beach and several restaurants. Definitely recommend this home!! Day of arrival, our host was quite helpful getting us situated!!

Wonderful stay

The house is exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and we felt very comfortable for the week we stayed. A short walk to the beach. All your needs covered - sheets, towels, beach gear, kitchen appliances, games, etc. Our two dogs loved walking the neighborhood and the large fenced in yard. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Nice house

It was a very nice home situated very close to the beach. We would definitely rent again. Our only concern are how high the fees are getting through VRBO, which might lead us to seek a hotel in the future.

This was an absolutely beautiful home. Lots of space. It was clean and in a great location. Kids played ping pong and bags that were provided in garage. Just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

Wonderful!

This property is fantastic. Clean, cute, and well-stocked. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc for us to use. It's less than a 10 minute walk from door to the actual water. It was so easy. Great location, great property.

Family Beach Weekend

WOW!!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental! The home was BETTER than the photos, absolutely beautiful! The kids LOVED their rooms, the shuffleboard game and all the beach toys! The home is super cozy and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay! As the listing states, “LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION” it truly was located in a great spot! Beach was an easy walk across the street, both of our kids had no issues walking it! Kate was super easy to work with and very accessible if I needed something! Thank you for sharing your rental with us, we will be back!!!

Centrally located gem💜

This property was spectacular. It had everything you needed. Pretty grounds, big backyard, open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows and the location was close to everthing fun Cocoa Beach has to offer. My family and I had a wonderful time at the Surf House. The owner was readily available to answer any questions and give local recommendations. Great customer service.

Fun escape

This house was super cute, affordable and very fun. We stayed for about a week during my daughters softball spring break week. She had practice everyday so it was great for me to sit on the porch, drink coffee and read a book. When she returned we grab out beach gear and walked to the beach about a 5 min walk. Evening were close enough we could walk to get food and dessert. Neighbors were very friendly and always waved or said hello.

Surf House

We loved our stay at the surf house! The house, yard and bonus ping pong table in the garage were great. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, and it was only a short drive to golf and to Kennedy Space Center.

Exceptional Stay: A Perfect Blend of Comfort, Convenience, and Beach Bliss

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a this property in Cocoa Beach, and it exceeded all expectations. The location was fantastic, offering proximity to various amenities, a short drive to the cruise terminal, and a mere 30-minute drive to the Kennedy Space Center. One of the highlights was the short walk to the beach, allowing for easy access to the beautiful shoreline. The house itself was impeccable – clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful touches within the property, such as the shuffleboard table, ping pong, and the provision of beach chairs and supplies, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding host. Their kindness and top-notch communication made us feel welcome and ensured a seamless stay. House has it all

Everything felt brand new. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds very comfortable. Our only suggestions would be to put a couple of mirrors in the bedrooms, and ditch the new indoor door locks.
