Completely remodeled high end home located only 6 short miles to Heavenly ski resort, the lake, beach areas, and the casinos. Looks and feels like a high end new construction house. Open floorplan features a great room with vaulted open beam wood ceilings, a wood burning fireplace. Two master bedrooms and game room with fireplace, wet bar & pool table. The outdoor living area has 3 decks, and fenced area with 6 person hot tub & a newly landscaped backyard with cooking griddle, a picnic table, and lounge chairs.

The house has three levels. The lower level is a two car garage and the laundry room. The middle level has 4 bed rooms and two full bath, the game room that includes a 65’ 4K TV, wet bar, a pool table, and a hot tub on the deck. A couple of steps down is the backyard and BBQ grill. The upper level includes another master bedroom, the great room, one a half bath room, and the kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with coking utensils, dining plates and silver wares. Appliances include range/oven, microwave, and a new dishwasher. There are two coffee makers (one Of which is a Keurig) , and bean grinder, a toaster, and a water boiler.

HD TV in the living room, with 125+ channels, including HD channels. DVD player and DVDs. High speed internet/Wifi. An Apple Mac mini with 24in monitor is provided.

Hot Tub usage limited to 8 am to 10 pm. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
Number of guests limited to 10, excluding kids age 5 or under. Number of cars limited to 6.
Garbage has to be placed in the bear proof box, and not on the driveway

Great place for a large group. I gave it 5 stars but if I had the choice I would have given it 4.5. The living room couch cushions need to be replaced. The hot tub was very much enjoyed!

Great Location and Property!

We went here with a group of 8 guys on our annual golf trip and the property was amazing. Clean, great layout and we all slept comfortably. Used the grill and kitchen 1 night for a house dinner and had everything we needed!

Great place! Would stay again

I booked this stay with family & friends to go ride at Heavenly. This was a straight shot to the resort & to California Lodge. We also stayed back one day and the lovely neighbors allowed us to sled on the front of the property. It was great for all of us (above the age of 27) to be kids and sled again. The property manager was so kind to allow us to stay a few hours after checkout. Would book again!

The amenities like the hot tub definitely made up for the shortcomings. The pool table fabric was torn, leg broken and missing a ball. The cookware was pretty terrible (dull knives, broken, heavily worn pans). The curtains are too small and we couldn't shut them, light filtered throughout. Outdated furniture and bedding/towels/pillows. Most towels smelled bad. The half bath toilet was clogged the entire trip. WiFi connection was spotty. Not enough blankets, towels, cleaning supplies. Overall the house was damaged in various places, the photos definitely hid the imperfections.

There were also ants in the kitchen but again there was no way to contact the owner. Overall it is a nice place but it would have been nice if the owner would have responded to our emails.

Place needs some TLC

The location is amazing, right off the main road. FLAT driveway (very important during snowstorms) and big empty garage. and the host was nice enough to let us check in one hour early. We booked the place because there is a pool table and the place on pictures looked nice and clean. When we got there, everything looked worn out. It looked like the pictures on the property were taken many years ago.Pool table pretty worn out. Some areas the felt already ripped. None of the pool cues had any tip on it. There were no cards & hardly any games in the place.Towels were scratchy and just enough towels, no extras.From all the bigger cabins we've have rented, this would be one of the least supplied cabin. Yes, it may cost a bit to fix the pool table & deep clean the couch cushions etc but really providing some softer towels, adding some basic games shouldn't. This place has so much potential with just some TLC.

Ski Trip 2022

The place was overall extremely accommodating for the entire family and in the perfect location for all the resorts we wanted to visit. We stayed an entire week. Just a little displeased that when we arrived we attempted to reach out to the owner for a few items and got no reply. There are a few items that weren't up to par for example; on the 3rd floor where the kitchen was there were ants, the sliding glass door by the dining table does not lock, multiple sinks do not drain properly, and the downstairs master tub does not hold water for baths.

Beautiful Vacation Home

This is a beautiful, spacious, very comfortable vacation home. easy check in and check out. Kitchen fully stocked. Great Location!. Would definitely stay there again. (one complaint: the heater is hard to control. Had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it off completely because got over 85degrees in the bedroom upstairs.)

My 11 cousins and I all rented this property for the weekend after Thanksgiving and it was the perfect home for all of us! The rooms were all clean and well-maintained when we arrived. We got plenty of use out of the pool table and hot tub. The upstairs area was very comfortable with its open plan kitchen leading into a family room with a great space where we sat and played games all night. We loved the neighborhood and all felt very safe there as well. I appreciated how communicative the host was and we all had an amazing time!

Family vacation

I guess I didn't read the previous comments left before booking this home. The furniture is ripped and stained. Trash compactor is broken. Plastic glasses are cracked and melted. The couch in the pool table area has throw pillows under the seat cushions to pick from sinking when you seat on them. The pictures on line are far from updated just to warn you. And you can expect 1 bath towel per person! No extra towels to be found. Had to contact the owner to get someone to bring us some. The directions to enter the home were wrong, they told us to use key lock pad on the side of the front patio when you actually were to use the lock key pad on the front door. If you use the fire place expect to clean it yourself but you are charged a good size cleaning fee. so what is a cleaning fee for? We were charged extra for some trash on the floor. We are clean people so I can't imagine what or how much that could have been but isn't that what the house cleaning fee is for???? Very disappointed in this property!

Wonderful Stay

This property was large and a great choice for our family get-a-way. My only complaint was it was a little dirty with spiderwebs and pine needles, but that would indicate that it just hadn't been used in a few weeks. The owner was very responsive and helpful and check in was a breeze. Lot's of stairs so you will get your workout but totally worth it for this large comfortable home.

Maybe it was the ash and smoke but trip definitely wasn’t great. House is good but not as elegant as pictured. Trash compactor broken. Dish washer and upstairs jetted tub leak. Pool table tilted. Spa was difficult to operate. TV went on and off for no reason. Ripped couches and stained floors. Maybe if we hadn’t had to spend so much time in doors we wouldn’t have noticed as much. Location was nice but it is on Pioneer Trail with plenty of traffic noise. Would I rent again? Maybe

Tahoe fun

It was a very nice property to gave a fun time with family it was really hot and the AC did not work properly and the first night there the freezer did not work so things melted but other then that it was a great experience
