Beautiful views, work needed.
The condo was very nice, the views are spectacular. Julia was nice, however, she needs to have better communication with guests and prepare before the guests check in date. I had to reach out to her about the check in process a few days prior as I had received no information and I had to reach out to her the day of for the key/code for the condo as she did not communicate the morning as she previously stated.
Our check in was scheduled for 3pm however, it was delayed until past 4pm due to the condo not being ready (door knob was broken). It was stressful to be far from home and have to be uncertain if my family and I would have a place to stay as there was no communication until about 30 mins before our check in time and the check in time continued to be prolonged.
Even though we had a rocky check in we tried to enjoy the stay.
We were a bit at edge as the door knob was broken and she mentioned it was because it was kicked open. So that definitely caused some discomfort as we were uncertain if a similar incident would occur or what were the circumstances that led to the door being kicked.
What was really upsetting was that the bedding was dirty and definitely did not smell clean.
Also, there is no A/C just a loud fan.
Overall, the views were amazing but some work needs to be done to ensure a better stay for future guests.
