This is an amazing place! The views are outstanding! The house is beautiful. The owner was quick to respond and answered any questions we had. Two things that caused me not give it all five stars. The online site stated check out was 11:00, but the owner told me it was 10:00. Also, the towels in the bathrooms were not soft at all. Felt like I was drying off with sandpaper.

Uniquely, this property is at the end of the road street which means surrounded by water on two sides and almost no traffic! Very few homes combine quiet canal frontage, dramatic sunset views, and easy beach access, and even fewer offer an over water deck and private dock for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or simply relaxing above the water.

The outdoor spaces are the highlight. Multiple balconies, a large over water deck, and a private dock create a front row seat to wildlife, tides, and some of the best sunsets in North Myrtle Beach. Dolphins, rays, herons, and egrets are common sights, and the preserve views change throughout the day.
