Very Stylish 6 Bedroom Paradise Palms Resort Home

This stunning 6 bedroom 5 bathroom home is located on one of the most sought after resorts of Paradise Palms here in Kissimmee Florida.

Just a short drive away from the Walt Disney World parks and the other Orlando attractions this is a very beautifully furnished luxurious private pool home, located in the gated resort that offers a lagoon pool, waterfall, two spas and a separate childrens pool.

Inside the large clubhouse you have a fitness centre and indoor games room and arcade, it also boasts a 50 seat cinema showing family friendly films throught the week.

For those of you who wish to be a little more active and enjoy the Florida sunshine, Paradise Palms also has basketball and volleyball courts as well as tennis courts, some of which are floodlit to enjoy as the sun goes down.

The 6 bedroom villa itself has free wifi, TVs in every room, a games console, a private pool, 2 living areas and a master bathroom that is bigger than most bedrooms!

We will let the pictures do the talking for this villa - it has everything your family and friends will need for a stay in the Disney Area of central Florida.

Walt Disney World is less than 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours prior to arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.

It was perfect for our group and the property and area was good. Pool and bar was awesome. Seeing different birds and turtles and alligators was extra. Also the boardwalk was a nice place for a morning coffee..

Perfect for large family on a budget

Great place to stay. Overall the house was clean and very nice. Just need some TLC on walls and upstairs bathrooms. The clubhouse has lots of options for rest days and only a 25 minute drive to Disney. Very pleased.

Perfect respite for our Disney stay

Stayed Spring Break 2025-Me and my Husband, my two grown daughters and their families (spouse and two kids each) for a total of 10 people for seven days. House was more than big enough (who knew all the cousins wanted to sleep in the same room). Lots of amenities that the kids loved (pool, arcade, movie theater), and us adults enjoyed having our own room to get away from all the crowds (and frankly each other). I've always stayed on-world at Disney before, but now I think my whole family has been converted.

Needs work- electrical problem-plumbing problem-

I would compare the house to the quality of a 2 or 2.5 star hotel. There is so much that needs to be improved in this place. there are stains on the ceiling from what appears to be plumbing leaks. Power went out in the master bedroom suite and i took 3 days for the management company to get an electrician to come and fix. The tubs do not drain properly . Pots and pans provided must have been 10 years old (pretty disgusting).

Perfectly Beautiful home

Everything was exactly as described, the house worked perfectly for our group of 9, we had plenty space. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean, well located with easy access to the parks and close to the stores. The only issue we had was that sometimes there was not enough hot water for all the baths, but it was certainly no deal breaker. We all absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home and highly recommend it.

It was OK...

The house was plenty of room! The pool was nice. The resort was nice! The house could of been cleaner. When we arrived there was someone else trash still in the trash bin (overflowing) when you walked in the house it smelled like stale trash 🤮 I could be alittle OCD with my cleaning BUT I can't do the smell of stale trash!! The walls definitely need to be repainted and the house could use some attention!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family and the resort amenities are great! The house does need some updates (new lounge chairs, walls painted, new frying pans) but it’s great for a family. We would definitely stay again. :)

Correctly priced home for our stay

Overall our stay was great. Didn't spend too much time in the home as we were at the parks almost every day, but the house was OK. The negatives were pretty negated due to the fact that we were barely in the home. A lot of marks on the walls and even a hole in the wall on the stairs were a concern upon arrival. Also noticed the pool screen had been torn and attempted to be repaired with painters tape which did not hold. This meant a lot of bugs in the pool and necessary skimming/cleaning daily. There was also a large water stain from an assumed leak across the ceiling in the kitchen which was a concern. The carpet is very bunched in certain locations upstairs so watch your step. Other than these concerns, the home was very spacious and made our stay enjoyable as we had friends and family come down for 9 days to celebrate our recent wedding with us. Linens were clean, beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough room! With a few cosmetic updates, I would be happy to stay here again!

Very disappointed in our stay. All but one day of our stay, there were painters there w/ 3 loud gas powered paint sprayers. We weren't able to use the driveway, we had to walk around them, their garbage & the microwave they had set up on the front porch. All the windows were covered up, we weren't able to utilize the back porch or pool and we had to be very careful not to touch anything on the front porch/door because of the wet paint. The curtains were open on the back porch/deck because we were trying to get natural light from all the windows being covered & we had painters staring in at us in the kitchen. It was very awkward. The inside of the house really needed to be painted. There were minor cleanliness issues & there appears to have been some type of plumbing leak in the past as there is a very large stain in the ceiling on the first floor in the kitchen & living area. If we would have been informed painters would be there, we would have looked elsewhere. It was very inconvenient & unprofessional.

Great House

House location...you can't beat it. It's the perfect location to get anywhere you want to go. Other than the home needing a couple upgrades i.e. bar stools in the kitchen, I have no complaints. We found everything as it was advertised. There was more than enough room for our family to spread out. Again, I can't say enough about the location - perfect!! Thank you.

A Quick Golf Vacation

Was very pleased with the property. There is one complaint though. The area between the pool and the fencing on the patio is very narrow. One. Of our party( a non-drinker) was cooking on the grill and when he walked past the pool in this narrow area, he lost his balance and fell in. This could have been disastrous, but he was okay. This setup needs to be looked at.

Thank you very much for your review Mark. We're sorry to hear of the mishap but we certainly appreciate the feedback on the pool fence and glad that your friend is OK. Just for future reference if you stay again - The fence can be collapsed/removed at your discretion which opens up the space between the pool and all walkways. We have the fence is in place for peace of mind (predominantly) for guests with small children around the pool area - this compliments the door alarms leading out to the pool areas we have also for added security, I know obviously you were a group of gents on a golfing trip so it would have been no problem with us if you'd collapsed the fence for ease if your party felt uncomfortable walking between the fence and pool. We're pleased you had a great time though and appreciate the thank you email you sent us independantly.
