House was just as described. Clean and very roomy with each bedroom having its own bath and shower. Everything in working order. Host Ryan was great and quick to respond with any questions. Tram was right at corner of property to take you to beach in minutes. Very nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the restaurants and entertainment. We had a great time and would definitely book again!

We had such an amazing stay for our family of 11! Plenty of space for all! The house also has great family area perfect for the evenings; playing games and chatting. Excellent location allowing you to walk to Rosemary Beach or Alys beach and bike/drive to other towns along 30A. We loved the pool (three minute bike ride) and the private beach access (10-15 min walk). It was perfect and we’d love to return!!

We have nothing but great things to say about our time here! The house was exactly as expected, cozy and perfectly spacious for our family of 5. It was a super easy check-in and out process and the host was very responsive to all of our inquiries. The neighborhood is perfect for families and the pool was AMAZING! Overall, we loved our visit and can’t wait to return again soon. We would certainly book this property again as well.

This is our second year staying at the same home which is located in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac. Great for smaller kids to play and ride their bikes around. It is only three blocks from the pool, which wonderful as well. The living room has two nice sofas to lounge on and the dining area seats 6-8 people. The bedrooms are nicely appointed, each with their own full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has two large bunk beds that kind handle any size kid or adult. It has a nice propane grill, so bring food to barbeque. The host was very responsive to our questions and check in was a breeze.

Good location, close to beach. Cumbersome check in process. Extensive, 7 page long rental agreement, with a lot of restrictions. Demanded a lot of cleaning by guests (run and unload dishwasher, do laundry, sweep shower for sand), in addition to 300 cleaning fee. Won't be back.

Alexandra, you showed up with a student group as if it was a family. A group that left markings on the new counters and a broken laundry door you did not tell us about until we arrived just before the last two students left. Only then did you express your issues, how could we address them when we never knew about them? Your check in was "cumbersome" because you yourself did not stay there and were relaying info to who was. We have these rules in place for guests who aren't as respectful with a property for this very reason.

Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Quiet street (except for one night Security was alerting people to a bear spotted behind the house...it was fine and the kids enjoyed the excitement). Right across from B6 tram stop which was convenient. The pool is amazing and the pool bar/café serves good food and drinks, both for adults and kids. Easy access to beach via tram. Would stay here again.

Great house! Kitchen equipped with all the needs for cooking and coffee! Owners are great! Easy to communicate with and work with. Perfect location for pool and beach access. Check-in super simple! Definitely would stay there again!

Beach Vibes

The house was very roomy for our group of 10. The private beach access was nice but the beach was overly crowded so we chose to hit up surrounding beaches. The pool is very nice and big, nice family friendly community. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

It was perfect. Such a great little community. Families and kids everywhere, everyone is so nice and it’s very quiet there. The house was perfect for our group - 4 adults. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom.

The home was as described and as shown in the photos. It was nice that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The dining area was large enough to seat all seven in our family. The home is located on a cul-de-sac which was nice and quiet and is a short walk to the pool.We have stayed in this community at least five times and enjoy being able to walk to the Sunday Market and visit the local shops and the State Parks that are very close. We find the park beaches less crowed.You can't go wrong staying in Seacrest!

Annual Family Vacation

We celebrate my late wife’s birthday every year in Florida which was her favorite place. This is the first year we rented here and it was great. My friends were here the first week and my whole family the second week. Both weeks were absolutely great. Lots of room for my children and grandchildren. The screened in patio was the family gathering point every night. Close enough to all the amenities but also private enough where it was very quiet in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing New Years Getaway

We decided on a last minute getaway for New Years, and totally lucked out. The house was perfect. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. My favorite thing was enjoying a cup coffee on the screened in back porch listening to the rain. Peace and quiet was just what we needed to ring in the new year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Fantastic Stay !

Great house in a perfect location ! Would stay in this home again or would be happy to work with Ryan, property manager, knowing he is extremely responsive to questions and showed he manages well maintained properties. There is a tram stop about 10 ft from the front door that will take you to the beach or anywhere in the neighborhood. The entire area felt extremely safe and well taken care of. Was very impressed with several of the staff at the pool, they ensure the pool area is kept clean and family friendly. The house itself was very clean and family friendly. Everyone had their own space and bathroom.

Overall a decent place with multiple bedrooms/ bathrooms. The place is showing its age in carpet / tile / mattresses comfort. We experienced several bugs inside house - we did not contact the house manager regarding bug concern. House manager took care of concerns we had, but we did not want to continue bringing up concerns. My star value would be a 3.5 if allowed to rate half star.

Dear Future Travelers, As the owner of this property we take pride in our rental record. As you can tell by all of the previous reviews we have been responsive to all of our renters. This review cannot be accurate as we change the linens in all rooms between each visit. If the "anonymous" reviewer had called we would have remedied the situation immediately and made adjustments within the hour. We have a manager in the area that is ready to help in anyway. This renter brought their pet and "they" could have caused this situation. As far as I know this reviewer did not even stay at our property as I have no way to verify. Tired house that needs updating

This home needs a lot of updating. Be prepared to have to go to Walmart/Target to get a lot for your stay as very little is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hangers) If you go in the colder season be prepared to go buy additional blankets. They only provide very thin coverlets on the beds and there are no extra blankets. The house got very cold and when we put on the heat.. the breaker tripped which turned the hot water heater off. Someone had to come fix that but the water never got hot again.. just like warm. Furniture is also very old and run down.
