We had a little hiccup with Availability showing properly but once we got that worked out it was good. Very quiet neighborhood and Juanita was very good with the checkin process. And a friendly cat to keep you occupied too

Liked: Cleanliness
The neighborhood of this property is pleasant and safe. The host was friendly and generally unobtrusive. Interesting ethnic restaurants are about a quarter mile away. The small hallway bathroom will be shared with a second guest, if the second bedroom on the property is occupied. This accommodation is appropriately priced.
Basic, clean, quiet and safe space in a quiet neighborhood
This space is clean, quiet with no frills. The neighborhood is very suburban yet it is pedestrian friendly. I like to walk to get my exercise so I took a stroll around the neighborhood and felt safe here as a single woman. There is a bike path in the neighborhood and the home is convenient to the metro. I actually walked to the Twinbrook station. I felt safe and at ease. The bathroom was shared with another guest and she has a cat FYI. The cat was well behaved but keep your door closed if you’re allergic or don’t like cats. The host Juanita is so friendly and welcoming! She even offered me tea, toast and avocado which was a bonus and not a requirement, as food is not included, but I was so grateful she did that. It’s so refreshing in an age where many hosts only care about profit and don’t care about the guest experience. I would recommend it and I would stay here again.
