Literally 22 steps from ground floor, direct ocean front porch to sand, waves and sun! Equipped with anything and everything you may need for a fun and convenient family beach trip. Heated pool, sun deck, basketball, pickleball, tennis and shuffleboard all on property. SOUTHWIND condo property is clean, quiet and updated. This condo is family owned and has a fresh and fun look and we are always updating and keeping linens fresh and comfortable for ourselves and for our guests and renters. When we aren’t using it, it’s rented or used by family and close friends. NSB has a ton of great restaurants and fun shopping areas.
