We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautiful view of the ocean and a nice walking beach.The furnishings were comfortable and the decor was very nice.It was very well supplied.Martin was very responsive to any of our questions and informative about things happening in the area.We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Our stay was amazing as was the host. This unit has everything you need for an amazing beach trip. Beautiful view from the balcony, easy beach access and the house is well stocked with all your beach needs. Highly recommend this unit and host!

My family and I have been to this beautiful condo many times. It is always in mint condition and stocked with all your beach necessities (chairs, toys, towels, etc). Also Includes a pack n play and highchair if needed. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always available to answer any questions. We will definitely return to Southwind 201!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for a fun family vacation! Owner was wonderful to work with, checking in often to ensure we enjoyed our stay!

We try to supply all the supplies needed for our guests including a seperate closet with all the beach accessories needed including boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella and cabana. We also have flat screen smart TV’s in all rooms and the living room with access to cable and online streaming apps including Netflix, Hulu and more. Out kitchen is stocked with spices, cooking supplies, small and large appliances (and amazing beach views). Unlike most other beach condos we offer 3 seperate full baths for our 3 bedroom unit which is a big plus for larger groups. Starting April 10th we will upgrade one of the bedrooms to offer a queen and twin bedroom set (the other bedrooms have one king bed and 2 twin beds). Hope you can enjoy your home for a future stay,

Comfortable condo with great location

Lots to do in NSB, try renting the electric bikes from Pedego. So much fun. We enjoyed our stay, the condo is comfortable and has everything you will need.

Perfect Location and beautiful condo

Definitely one of the nicest condos we have rented and it was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owner always responded promptly to our text and was very helpful. We hope to rent again next summer.

Family friendly with beautiful view

We had a wonderful week vacation in this oceanfront condo. We have 2 little ones and the open floor plan and endless amount of toys, games, beach gear and movies saved us a ton of packing and added to the fun! Would highly recommend.

Great location with easy access to everything! The condo was spacious and very clean and organized. All you need to bring is some clothes. One of the best I’ve stayed in and communication with the owner was superb! Highly recommend for anyone!

Best Beach Condo!

This was our second time staying in this condo and we love it. It is a 2nd floor corner unit right next to the stairs, so super easy to pop back and forth to the beach. It was big enough & comfortable for our three teen girls and their friends. The kitchen has everything you need and Martin has stocked it with plenty of beach chairs and towels. We love staying here, it is our favorite!

Outstanding beachfront location

This is a well-equipped, comfortable family-oriented condo in a perfect location. Lots of toys for the kids, with great views of the ocean. The owner is very attentive. We had a couple of minor repair issues and he responded right away.

We just spent another fantastic week in this beautiful waterfront condo in New Smyrna Beach! This corner unit is in the perfect spot to have an unparalleled view, and waking to the sight and sound of the waves can’t be beat! Even in cooler weather, we spend as much time as possible just soaking up the warm morning sun on the balcony. There are two great elevators for unloading, although after that, we find it easier to use the stairs. There’s also a fantastic rooftop recreation room and a beautiful outdoor pool to enjoy. Plus, the beach can’t be beat for watching the rockets launch! The owner takes great care of this condo, and it shows in how well furnished and comfortable it is. We will be returning soon!

A Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family loves New Smyrna Beach and have been visiting for years. We LOVED staying and enjoying Southwind. 201 was amazing!!! Beautifully decorated condo, everything you could possibly need for cooking and beaching!! We will miss the breathtaking views over morning coffee and sunset evenings!! Martin is the ultimate host and made this a wonderful family vacation!!

Beautiful Place! Great Vacation!

This is our 2nd stay in this spacious condo with great views and we look forward to coming again. This is a beautiful, bright end unit that is very clean and well equipped. All of the beach toys, towels, and gear are there. Just pack your toothbrush and swimsuit and enjoy the quiet beach - which is literally a 1-2 minute walk from door to sand.
