About this property
2 bd villa, pet friendly in Messinia with sea view. Family-friendly and quiet.
Our spacious villa is three-story high and eighty (80) square meter. It is located on the small natural port of dialiskari, just two km away from the small village of Marathopoli in Messinia, where you can find everything you are going to need during your stay.
On the ground floor there is in an open plan space, the fully equipped kitchen, the living room and the indoor dining area. On the patio, there is the outdoor dining area. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, a big bathroom with shower and a balcony with an outdoor sitting area. In the attic, on the second floor, there is a bedroom with two twins beds and a W.C.
High quality linen and towels are provided. So does the toilet paper,
shampoo and hand soap as well as dish soap.
Housekeeping services are provided free of charge and also cleaning and ironing services with an extra charge.

Shared bbq facilities.
Secured parking is offered free of charge for one car.
WiFi available and free of charge.
Please ask us for baby cot and high chair(one per house)

Great pool very quiet
Wonderful ocean views. Pool was great with the ocean just over pool deck. Not a good beach for ocean swimming at property but close to great beaches. The host could do a better job orienting guests to hot water, trail to best ocean swim spot (by church), how a/c works. Kitchen set up is bare bones.

Modern house by the Sea
Contemporary house with a few adjacent buildings sharing a beautiful pool area in garden setting, few steps from the Sea with little beach and rocks. More pretty beaches in short driving distance, plenty of ancient culture to visit.

What makes this property unique
The complex has six houses. They are located by the sea. Each house has sea views and is really spacious. 70 sqm each.
The location of the houses is very peaceful. By the sea you can only hear the waves. But in just 2km, you can be in Marathopoli, where you can fin everything you may need. It is known for its fish taverns, where you can eat fresh fish in excellent prices! There you can find also bakeries, cafeterias, gas station, mini markets which are open every day until 11 o' clock in the night during summer season, diving center, pharmacy etc.
The location is ideal for exploring the Messinian area. We are very close to the most famous beaches of the area.
