Muito bom!

Pros: - localização excelente, entre a vila e a praia, dentro dum condomínio muito bem cuidado; - linda vista da suíte de casal; - instalações hidráulicas em perfeito funcionamento; - limpíssimo e arejado; - objetos de decoração singulares; - TV smart com SKY e Netflix; - ótimo restaurante dentro condomínio; e - pessoal que trabalha no condomínio nota 10. Contras: - não há armários, araras ou gaveteiro disponíveis para organização da bagagem, e nem espaço adequado para malas; - as portas dos quartos precisam de reparos, pois não fecham; - o dreno dos Ar-condicionados não está funcionando, vazando água para dentro dos quartos; - não se pode “contar” com o congelador da geladeira; e - tomadas soltas.

A localização é perfeita na Praia do Forte. Perto de tudo e em frente à praia. A casa comporta muito bem 5 pessoas, e em geral esta bem equipada. Mas existem alguns pontos... Cheguei com crianças pequenas pequenas e não havia nem um papel higiênico na casa. Acho muito deselegante uma casa deste nível não fornecer ao menos o papel higiênico da chegada. Apesar de alertado no check in, também acho desnecessária a cobrança de luz num local onde o aluguel da diária que não é barato. A manutenção também deixa a desejar. O microondas não funcionou, os trincos das portas são sofríveis (alguns não fecham mesmo) e a instalação do ar condicionado é horrível. Uma casa que cobra pela energia elétrica deveria ter um ar condicionado mais bem instalado. A proprietária respondeu rápido as mensagens, e deu uma cortesia de algumas horas no dia da saida. Isso foi muito bom.

excelente localização, mas falta manutenção na casa

Lugar incrível, mas falta manutenção na casa. Tomadas soltas (o que é até perigoso se vc vai com criança pequena), porta do armário da cozinha solta, os banheiros alagam quando tomamos banho, entre outras coisas que precisam de reparos.
