3/4 bedroom apartment facing Guarajuba Beach - Genipabu Summer House

Second floor second floor apartment, fully furnished in a gated and secure condominium. It has parking space for one vehicle. The condominium is facing the sea and has complete leisure infrastructure at no additional cost (swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, soccer field, playroom, gym, ice machine and games room).
During holiday periods, we only close the package that will depend on the day it will fall. A security deposit of R $ 500.00 must be made to be returned 48 hours after any damage and / or loss in the property has been verified. In addition to being charged $ 0.71 Kwh in the period between check in and check out.
Located 31 km from Salvador airport and 7 km from Praia do Forte. The access to the condominium is by Coco Road km 40 - Guarajuba / BA.

Excelente estrutura

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. O condomínio tem ótima estrutura, é pé na areia mesmo. A praia é linda, limpa e super vazia, isso pq fomos em janeiro. Já o apartamento é super equipado, tem tudo que uma casa precisa. Pretendemos voltar. equipado que minha própria casa.
