Best thing ever it's only 1/2 mi to South Cape Beach, close to Popponessett, New Seabury, and Mashpee Commons shopping and close to Falmouth.

New and very clean. Beautiful kitchen. Very small living room and dining area. Wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood close to the boat launch and only a mile from the ocean. Very walkable.
