The walkway to the lake was just completed to ensure an easy walk down to the waterfront offering a private dock and sitting area.

Located on Lake Anna's public side convenient to local attractions

Traditional yet modern and open, wood ceilings and flooring invite you in to this cozy retreat, complete with stone fireplace. The dining area offers room to gather and the kitchen offers even more if you need it. Wine cooler, tucked away coffee bar and fully stocked kitchen. The laundry room is just off the kitchen, downstairs you'll relax in the den leading to the patio to the large yard - panoramic lake views, spacious fire-pit overlooking the lake, and a park like walk to the peninsula point!

Beautiful Home on Beautiful Lake

Home is located on a the point of quiet inlet of the lake. Plenty of outside space for individual or family activities. Lake offers excellent water for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and just relaxing on 2 dock locations. Hopefully is spacious with room for family to gather or for individual privacy.

Beautiful lake views and a clean house

Wonderful location for family gathering. My dog loved the fenced in backyard, and the most popular locations for my guests were the fire pit out on the peninsula and the view from the deck. The house was clean with a great kitchen, but it could use a few updates. Property management was friendly and responsive. I will definitely rent here again.

Pros: Beautiful grounds with view incredible views of the lake. Walk way to the dock is new and very nice. The property sits in a cove that extends to the peninsula with lots of seating and fire pits. The home has an updated shower in one of the bathrooms and a beautiful wine region the kitchen. Fences in yard is nice except my dogs cocker spaniels (20 & 25 pound dogs) could easily escape under the gates. Cons: There are cameras all over the property and the property manager will contact you if your vehicle gets on the grass. So obviously they are watching the renter. Cameras in front of house, back deck, back yard and at the boat dock. Difficult to turn around your vehicle and boat trailer on the property. The home is older and still in need of lots of updates. The porch and windows are dirty. Porch furniture cushions need some deep cleaning. The back yard lights, spot and flood lights don’t work so you can’t use the back yard once it gets dark because you can’t see to even get off the porch (big fall risk). The property manager did not respond with the light issue even though we contacted her 3 times. Initially it was difficult to find out where the community boat launching area was and what the code was to open the locked gate. We like to launch our boat as soon as we get to the property so we can unload and park our boat trailer but the property manager was slow to respond to our request. Then she said gate was unlocked and it wasn’t. Then she had to contact owner.
