This bright and cheery 1 bedroom, 1,5 bath Gulf front condominium on Navarre Beach is the perfect place to stay for a family vacation. Enjoy "Navarre's Best Nest" with the unit sleeps up to 6 people and offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room areas, Jack & Jill style bathroom with tub/shower, a king bed in the master bedroom, resort style built-in twin bunk beds in the hall, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony! **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Great location and beautiful views!!! The shower was clogged and had 4 inches of floating water in the shower, which totally turned me off. Overall, great time and will be back to Navarre

We loved our stay Navarres Best Nest - Summerwind 1304E. The location was perfect. Check in and parking were easy. Communication was wonderful. But it was the view and access to the gorgeous beach that were the show stoppers! Would definitely stay here again and will also be recommending to our friends and family!

Summerwind - Beautiful location

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Summerwind. Though the building is older, this condo had been updated and looked nice. The view and beach access are wonderful and it's very close to the pier. The HOA (not the condo owner) has started a new parking rule that could cost over $200, so be sure to follow their instructions.
