(There is a tenant in the upstairs apartment that does use the far right side of the driveway. Up stairs tenant DOES NOT have access to any of the outdoor/backyard amenities - pool, kayak, paddle board, bar, etc., those will all be for your use.)



Boat/Trailer parking is available on-site for your convenience.



The outdoor laundry IS shared between both apartments.

The rental was super nice. Close to all beaches. Pool was great as the temps reached 114. I will book it in the future.

Great property for families!

We were visiting family locally and needed overflow housing. I stayed here with my two young children, and we enjoyed our stay! The host was easy to reach and very communicative. Easy check in/out. The house is well equipped for families, and my kids especially enjoyed the pool (which was nice and warm, despite somer cooler weather during our stay)!

Cozy home away from home

This was our first time using VRBO and it was a great experience. My husband and I stayed here for a few nights celebrating our 30th anniversary. The owner Jennifer was very friendly and accommodating. Everything inside and outside was very clean. Our dogs enjoyed being with us and the fenced back yard was a bonus. We will definitely be staying again!

House was beautiful, had everything you could ask for! Including a cute coffee bar set up! We were so appreciative that it was pet friendly, they even had a cute dog bed, bowls, and a basket of toys! We were in town to see family that i haven't seen in four years! Great place to relax. We did have to purchase a broom and swiffer. So we we could clean up any sand or dirt tracked in...but we left them there hopefully future guests can use those...pool was beautiful and warm! Had a great laundry area with everything you could need!!! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you!

Cute and Comfy!

My family and i found the house so cozy and comfy and noticed that the host is very detail oriented and cares about the comfort of her guests. With the name brand pots and pans, matching set of dishes, wonderful bedding, SO CUTE decor and the supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee and laundry soap made it SO nice to be there. BTW, that laundry soap smelled SO good!! I have been on the hunt for whatever brands she used so that i can use them at home. The pool was lovely as well. We had SO much fun and would definitely stay here again! 10/10, we LOVED it!!
