Great location if you’re visiting Harvard. Pros: Very spacious rooms, extremely clean, new appliances Cons: No sitting area except kitchen table or in rooms, very barren (1 plate in kitchen), no light on porch/doorway

This place is a great location but that is about all. Upon arrival I was not sure I was at the correct location because there is no way to see the address from the road and the property is very overgrown and the exterior is in rough shape which was surprising considering the cost per night. Once inside the floors were clean and beds were made but we were also met with broken blinds, ants crawling on the counter in the kitchen, green stains on the wall coming from the air conditioner, an exhaust fan in the bathroom that has likely never been cleaned based on the amount of caked on dust, and a front door with no deadbolt with a hole in the door jamb. A few other notable items are the beds only have a fitted sheet and a comforter, which it is hard to say when it was last washed thoroughly, no sheet for between the fitted sheet and comforter. On our last night we were greeted by a knock on the door with another family claiming to be staying there as well, it was due to a miscommunication with the host that they were actually in the upstairs unit. When I tried to contact the emergency number provided to me to help with this situation, the call failed due to the wrong number.
