Luxury Monte Verde Villa In Comporta

Situated in Alentejo coast, more specifically Herdade da Comporta, in a quiet little village called Muda. With 19 hectares of land, the house is in the middle of a pine forest with nothing else around but nature, explaining the name Monte Verde (Green). Just 1 hour drive from Lisbon, you can find a long lengthen (60 km) of the most wanted and almost desert beaches in Portugal. You can find all of this only 10 minutes away from this summer house.

The property offers you a beautiful view of the pine trees, has a terrace, a pool where you can have a nice cocktail and a barbecue to prepare your meals and enjoy the sunset at the end of the day.

From the terrace, you enter into an open space where you can find the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer machine, oven, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer. Cleaning woman is included twice a week.

The house has 4 suites giving you a total of 12 people. Each suite has 2 single beds or 1 double bed and a bench (turns in a single bed), bathroom included in all of them (2 have bathtubs and the other 2 showers).

There are 2 more bathrooms, one for guests and the other in the laundry area, to serve the swimming pool.


Cleaner provided 2 hours per day, 5 days a week. Does not cook, only cleaning. Extra hours can be arrange and paid separately. Towels and linen are changed once per week. The pool is cleaned once per week. Please bear in mind that this property is in the middle of the wilderness, pine leaves may fall on the pool.
