The property is in a great location—very close to Bryce Canyon, which makes it easy to visit the park. It’s a comfortable place to stay and was fairly clean. Just keep in mind that it can be hard to get in touch with the host if you need anything. Still, a good option for anyone spending time in the area

Wonderful, large house right at the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park

We booked this place even though it was much larger than we needed because it was one of the last places available in Bryce Canyon City, and was still not too expensive for how large it was. We loved how much space there was to stretch out and relax. The reclining couches were great. The kids loved all the games downstairs, and the master bedroom had a Peloton and massage chair, too. It was such a nice place to rest after being on our feet all day at Bryce Canyon. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for any larger groups like family reunions.

The location was great. The home was spacious and clean. We would use it again. We had no communication with property manager. I asked a question about kitchen utensels but got no response. I didnt know who to communicate with until the day before we checked in.

Great family reunion location

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here for the 80th birthday of the matriarch of my extended family. Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon were very close and convenient to explore. The neighborhood was quiet and the view from the large backyard was amazing. The house was clean and big enough to gather all together at times and also to spread out and not always be on top of each other. We'll come again sometime!

Perfect location

Beautiful home with an incredible view. The house was the perfect size for our group of 13. Ample room in the kitchen and plenty of room to stretch out. The kids loved the downstairs game room and basketball court. Best part was the location. Just a short drive to everythiing you want to visit. Owners were extremely helpful with information regarding the area and activities. Overall fantastic experience and highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for Bryce Canyon.

We were 10 adults who enjoyed this large roomy home which is perfectly located outside the Bryce Canyon Gates. The kitchen was large and well equipped, the TVs great. Self check- in was efficient. I spoke with the owners on a couple of issues and they are planning a make-over shortly which will greatly add to this property.

Great location and backyard!

We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay.

Family gathering

This home was perfect for our family gathering . The kids loved the huge yard and the ping pong and pool table . The sinks in each bedroom made getting ready each morning easy. The location was so close to Bryce Canyon. The only thing I wish this house had was a waffle iron. Thanks for the great place to stay as we gathered our family together for a fun adventure . I would recommend this home to others .
