Exeter Loft

This delightful cabin chic loft is conveniently located near Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Park in the quaint, charming town of Exeter. Perhaps you will go see the largest tree in the world or the deepest canyon in the United States. Maybe you have a day planned visiting friends/family, doing business, or attending a training. Be sure to visit Exeter’s many murals, good eats and beautiful downtown. No matter your reason for visiting, we are glad you did!

The Cabin Chic Loft is a warm blend of charm and comfort.
—One main bedroom with a comfortable and beautiful four-poster king size bed
—There is also a full-size pull out sofa in the living area of the Cabin Chic Loft. Enjoy a smart TV with a Roku to stream all your favorite shows and movies.
—Keyless entry makes check in smooth and simple.
—WiFi and a smart TV will ensure you have effortless communication and entertainment options.
—Projector and screen in bedroom.
—Closets with hangers in both rooms.

Enjoy some cornhole or a nice cold beverage on your own private, gated whimsical patio area after a long day of adventuring. This is a great area for kids as well.
NOTE: Depending on the dates you select, the fence on the patio may not be completed yet as it is currently under construction.

The kitchenette offers many amenities including:
—A Keurig Duo, which allows you to brew a single cup of coffee or a whole 12-cup pot. We are pleased to provide coffee and tea as well for your enjoyment.
—A hot plate and frying pan/utensils for basic cooking
—A toaster
—Small fridge/freezer
—Microwave
Please note there is NO kitchenette SINK. But who needs to do dishes while on vacation? Just place your dirty dishes in the container provided and supplement their use with 100% recyclable/compostable paper products we happily provide.

IMPORTANT: The Cabin Chic Loft features a beautiful, unique spiral staircase to gain access to the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. While it adds character to the space, it may not be suitable for everyone. The steps are a bit narrow and curved, which can be challenging for individuals with mobility issues or those who require additional support. This listing is not ADA compliant. You must climb the stairs in order to get to the bathroom.

The Cabin Chic Loft is close to all of the delightful spots Exeter and Visalia have to offer. We are happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
