Affordable Panama City Beach Condo Vacation Rental

Proximity cards are required to access and open all gates on the resort property. Upon check in you will find two proximity cards on the bar for your use. These cards are placed inside waterproof lanyards with the unit number and our contact info to help you keep track of them. Do not lose these two Proximity cards! You will be charged a $50 replacement fee for each card that is lost or not found in the unit upon your check out. Also you will not be able to go in or out the gates without the proximity cards.

After booking the property you will be required to fill out a damage waiver and provide a valid credit card to put on file to cover any damages that may occur during your stay. This damage waiver will be attached to this message thread after booking; it will need to be completed, signed and returned prior to your arrival. If this completed, and signed damage waiver is not received prior to your arrival then you will not be able to check in or allowed on resort property; therefore forfeiting your reservation and all monies paid.

Downstairs the living room has a 42 inch TV, queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps two) along with a half bath, dining area (seats eight), and a fully-furnished kitchen. Wifi

Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Pier Park that has a trolley that transports you back and forth, Restaurants, entertainment, theatre, bowling alley, arcade, post office, retail and grocery shopping are within walking distance. We are in close proximity to Spinnakers, Club LaVela, Pineapple Willies, Shipwreck Water Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, Publix Supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, Thunder Beach Bike Week Ralley

Pet friendly. Max 2 dogs with $150 pet fee. Convientally located midbeach, the property has a large gulf side pool, and snack bar, crossing the "strip" through a pedestrian gate, leaves behind the noise and hustle bustle of the beach and leads you to the quiet neighborhood like setting of Gulf Highlands. Less than 900 feet to the unit and your own private 2 car parking area (no parking garages or elevators to deal with here !) The resort has 11 pools, (two of which are located right out the back door patio of our unit surrounded by your own personal recreation area, for 18 holes of free putt putt, and shuffleboard) All of which is veiwable from the patio and upper back deck (a great place to turn loose the kids and keep an eye on them as well !. The resort also offers a workout area and 4 tennis courts, two of which are lighted.

July 4th Vacation

Unit was as advertised and clean. Walk to the beach was very manageable. The amount of people on the beach day was undescribable. Will probably relive to a less crowded area in the future is we come in June or July.

Had a fantastic time at this property. I highly recommend taking the Island Time Snorkel trip to Shell Island. Also the I Can't Decide at Bayou on the Beach! Danny is a friendly host and the property has all you need for a great stay.

PCB getaway

Great place for a beach vacation for a family with pets! The community has multiple pools, putt putt golf course (right behind the condo), and a little playground (for young kids). A little walk to the beach, but easy access. Owner is very friendly and attentive!

Danny was great to work with and kept in touch to make sure all was going well for our vacation. The gated community is well kept and close to the beach. The provided beach wagon was a perk and very helpful to have on the walks to the beach. The condo could use a few updates but it was clean and we felt safe.

We truly enjoyed our visit at Gulf Highlands! The gated community feels very safe. You have a short walk to the beach. It’s very close to come back for lunch. The condo has everything you need! There are a lot of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and even a beach wagon to use!! You can’t go wrong in staying here!! Danny even checked on us during our stay.

Perfect stay!

Dan has thought of everything to make for a wonderful beach vacation! The condo is clean, has great amenities inside and out. We enjoyed putt-putt golf, pools, work out room, and of course the beautiful beach! Easy walk to gulf especially with wagon. Cooler, golf clubs & balls, beach toys included. Definitely looking forward to renting again.

Awesome Townhouse

We had a great time staying here! Danny is awesome and was wonderful to work with even when VRBO had an IT issue. Place is clean, well stocked, and close to a lot. Only thing I could add if was optional would be a golf cart to rent there since they don’t allow the outside rentals. Thanks. Will stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

Gulf Highlands is the perfect place for a family vacation and this unit was in a great location. Having the putt putt and pools right out the back door was great and we loved being able to watch the turtles from the patio. The unit was clean and had a great open layout! We had an amazing time! Be sure to check our St Andrews State Park, it was by far our favorite place! We went snorkeling for the first time ever and it was completely amazing! Thanks Dan for renting out such a great place!

Dan is amazing

We had a great stay at Dan’s place for spring break. He has everything you need and it’s in a great location. Dan is awesome, he helped me find someone to give me a jump start when I was in desperate need and also helped play an April fools joke on the kids. I look forward to staying here again soon. This was hands-down the best property and experience that I’ve had staying at Gulf Highlands. I’ve always loved staying at GH but Dan has EVERYTHING you need. Beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys. It was just myself & 3 kids so these amenities were a great surprise and so necessary. Closest walk we’ve had to the beach too. Dan was also the easiest and kindest person to rent from. GREAT VISIT!!

Sweet space

Everything was great! But the just made the biggest impact. It’s nice to have people that still care about other people and their happiness. He made it extra special just by caring about us and our stay. It was great! That’s why we booked it again for next year! Can’t wait!!
