NEW TO VRBO! (Longtime "other" host :)) Welcome to our bright, crisp and cozy mountain chalet nestled in soaring evergreen trees, with empty lots on both sides and extra fluffy and warm bedding, a private hot tub, and room for the whole group in the large living space upstairs. Head 5 mins down the hill to our private HOA park and beach, or any of three ski resorts nearby: Homewood, Alpine or Squaw (10-20mins). Stop by downtown Tahoe City (10min) to grab a bite/wander through twinkling lights and charming shops. Take the group and the pets to Page Meadows for miles and miles of trails -- all right in the neighborhood!

2 Cars permitted in winter. Parking not allowed in the carport when snow/ice is on the ground or expected. No parking in yard. No dogs on beds.
Arm the bear fence nightly and when away. Keep doors and windows locked when away. Guests are liable for wildlife damage due to negligence.
