Excellent Stay

We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and enjoyed our stay. We were gifted a nice bottle of wine for our anniversary which was a pleasant surprise!

The check in was long and a hassel. The TV had no stations available. Our friends ' car was stripped of tires and hub caps the first night. The concierge did not answer the phone.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating the check-in process and TV issues must have been, and we're especially sorry to hear about the incident involving your friends' vehicle. We also regret that you were unable to reach the resort concierge when assistance was needed. While some aspects of your experience, including resort operations and security, are managed independently of our hosting services, we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback is valuable, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again so we can provide you with a much better overall experience.
