-There will be a one time $40 USD cleaning fee booked under a 4-night stay.
-Please keep the unit neat and organized as there will be No Daily maid service.

Nice small room and great pool but NO INTERNET

Apartment has NO INTERNET, even free internet is adverised :(...we had to buy wifi connection at the mall and had to spend 3000 Pesos (75 Dollar) for 10 days to have internet in the room. The phone in room didnt work and there was only 1 TV channel working..we had to buy DVD's in the mall to have at least some entertainment. We had our kids visiting us for one night but then we were told we have to pay 520 pesos(13 dollar) for each of them to stay over night...so we had to send them home. Pool was great..mall within 7 minutes walking distance

Dear Mr. Stephan, we personally apologized for the inconvenience that occurred during your stay. The room has wifi/phone, but for some reasons, I really don't know why you can't connect/worked. I will have my contact person check on this issue. With regards to the TV. I will have it also check. It should have picked up at least 8 regular channels. With regards to your kids staying over, that's the policy of the Azure Community. As per our advertisement, the place can accommodate 4 persons, but our contact person and management of the community has to be notified in advance. I'm not really sure who advised the P520 ($13) charge. Because If it's me, I wouldn't send your kids home. Anyway, thank you for staying and again, we apologized. We will get this issue resolve.
