The host was responsive and accommodating on check-in, which we appreciated. However, the property itself was disappointing for the price point. We encountered multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including pests, mold/staining in bathroom areas, dirty kitchen items, worn furnishings, and non-working appliances. Overall, the home did not match the condition presented in the listing photos, and we ultimately chose to leave early rather than stay the final night.

The host was very good at comms. And the beds and couches were comfortable.The location was exactly where we needed it, because we chose it based on where we were going to be.Unfotunately, it was not as clean as any other ST rental we have ever stayed in. There were lots of great kitchen elements that mostly needed to be washed before use & many of the floors were sticky or had food crumbs or wrappers under couches or tables.

Exceptionally clean and spacious. Lovely neighborhood. Great backyard and hot tub! Host was great at pre-, during, and after stay communications. All the bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for us. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was nicely appointed and stocked. We wanted to book this house for another game day weekend but it was already booked. I can certainly see why…will try this just again.

Nice property, not 4 bedrooms

Overall this place wasn't a bad however it was listed as a 4 bedroom and was not. One of the "bedrooms" was a front dining room with no door and completely open to the entryway next to the front door. There wasn't a screen that could be placed in front or any way to allow privacy in the "room".
