Great Bunkhouse

My parents stayed here while we booked the house next door for us and the kids. Our communication with the host was great and she was even able to accommodate an early check in despite there being a check out that morning. It really meant a lot. Love that there is a rental like this for next time we visit Houston.

Excellent, easy, comfy.

The house was a good size for our small family and Pomeranian. It is in a very convenient location right in the middle of Houston. A bit of signal issues in this area, but that’s pretty typical. It felt safe and was a good home during our vacation. Directly in the middle of Branson and St. Louis. About a 2 hr drive, either way.

It is a really comfortable, clean and quiet place. I didn't grasp from the photos this was a split-level house and the main bedroom and bathroom was on a lower level. We are older and might have rethought this if we knew that stairs would be key to our rental use. If you use the coffee machine or need water for any reason, you must go downstairs to the bathroom. We ended up needing to navigate the stairs several times. If you are a large person the shower stall is very small. That said, everything worked and the AC was very comfortable. I would recommend even with the couple things I mentioned.
