And just one stop from the business district "ikebukuro station".
There is a shopping street along the road.
we have 3 apartment in around the Ikebukuro station. And One apartment of Shiinamachi (Take a train One stop )

2) has a 2 bed-rooms and a small Dining room（35㎡）

Shiinamachi Area:

非常好，房主非常友善，Apartment非常整潔及有新裝修，環境静中帶旺，楼下有兩間便利店，轉弯街口有超多食店，行5至10分鐘內就有大型店舖，百貨公司、地鐵站及]JR等，令我們有一個難忘的假期!
