Clearwater House is located on Boggy Sand Road, one of the elite addresses in Grand Cayman due to it being a cul-de-sac road that is primarily lined with single family homes (not condos). Located at the north end of Seven Mile Beach, Boggy Sand Road is just 3-5 miles from great restaurants, shopping, and resort hotels.

The heated private pool is by far one of the most popular guest amenities because families can enjoy swimming even after the sun goes down. This is a popular house for visitors. If you don't see the date available, please inquire.

Notes on Public Beach Access:
Clearwater House is one of the few private home available for short-term rental with proximity to Seven Mile Beach restaurants and amenities. Even though the public beach access closest to the house can hard to navigate, other prime locations are a short drive or walk and there is a sea wall sandy beach very close or walk to Cemetery Beach. The Boggy Sands Rd location is one of the best on the island.

Please inquire if you have any questions. Property Manager is occasionally on site in the separate garage apartment but does not interfere with guest private enjoyment of house/grounds/pool.

I would come back to this magnificent property in a heartbeat. I booked this house for my family of 5 after a ton of research of the many different housing options and locations on Grand Cayman. What stood out about this home listing, aside from the beautiful pictures of the home and the many useful amenities listed, were the multiple amazing reviews of Kathy, the homeowner, and all of her super helpful tips for visiting the island. The location of Clearwater House being at the west end, and not directly in the middle of 7- Mile Beach, where it is much more crowded, was very appealing. You are just steps away from beach access and a very short walk to the best, in my opinion, fresh, authentic food on the island at Heritage Kitchen. This is an incredibly spacious home, beautifully decorated, and meticulously thought out; with everything from ample toiletries and staple beauty supplies, beach and bathroom towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The pool is huge, very well cared for and the landscaping, you really just have to see to appreciate it fully. If I had the time and the money, I would’ve stayed a whole week longer by myself! Even things you don’t think of, such as a full library of books to read at the beach and board games and puzzles are provided. There’s a big grill area and awesome home gym with plenty of things to use for cardio, strength training, and yoga practice. I honestly can’t think of a single bad thing to say about this place It is an absolute gem.

Eight of us stayed here...all adults. It was a perfect mixture of relaxation and spending time at the beach and pool, plus ease of getting to restaurants and shopping with a quick car ride. (Although Heritage Kitchen is a short walk away and probably the best seafood on the island!). We were glad not to be in the thick of 7 mile island along with its crowds and cruise traffic.The house has everything you could ever need. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you could want; the coffee bar is handy; there are tons of games and books, and the gym is beyond amazing with every amenity.One quick note...the main floor bedroom does not have a closet. Otherwise, the bedrooms were super comfy, clean, and beautifully decorated!We would absolutely come back to this house if we stayed on the island again. Communication with Kathy was easy and quick.

This house is great for a family trip. We had 9 people and had plenty of space. The heated pool, ping pong, hammocks and spacious living area, kitchen, and outdoor area were the highlights. Overall spectacuar trip! Would come back.

Awesome location, home & pool

The location is great. A car is necessary for exploring the island but our family enjoyed spending the day at the beach area snorkeling and hanging at the pool. The snorkeling is really amazing: kids saw squid, blue tang, lobsters and tons of reef fish. House has everything you need and linens and amenities are all very nicely done. Don't hesitate to book and if you are lucky enough to see Kathy on island take all her recommendations.

We had an amazing stay at the Clearwater house. The name says it all, the beach is a short walk away and the snorkeling is perfect. The house was fully stocked and just so well appointed. Anything you could ever want or need was right there. Kathy was a joy to get to know and full of information. Hopefully we can come back again soon!

This property is very special. Close enough to the attractions while secluded to provide privacy. The hosts did not miss any amenities. Paddle boards, bikes, kayaks and top end appliances. The heated pool was a real bonus and we will talk about the She Shed for years.

Fabulous family vacation!

Simply a wonderful home and delightful owner making for a fabulous vacation! Very clean and beautiful home, a short walk to the pristine beach where we used beach chairs and snorkels from Clearwater House. We enjoyed the grill, pool and privacy - and of course who wouldn't love the hammocks under the palm trees. Easy walk to nice restaurants and grocery store. We could bear to leave only with the hope we may return. Above all, we enjoyed our new friend Kathy who ensured we had a perfect vacation at Clearwater House!

Clearwater House is family home that is owner occupied during most of the year and rented to short-term visitors during holidays and summer when children are out of school. Occasionally, the house manager will be on site in the garage apartment but this does not interfere with guests enjoyment of the house, pool & grounds.
