What a perfect house! We had the best time! Well stocked for everything we needed-rooms were comfortable and spacious! Beds were so comfy! The pool was amazing and the grounds are just so beautiful! Just perfection!

This house was just as pictured and described. It is a beautiful spacious house on an amazing property just a short walk from the beach. Everyone in our family of 12 (ages 10 to 93) was very comfortable during our stay, and enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. It was wonderful to be able to all stay in one house together but still have so much room to spread out. We appreciated that there were beach towels and chairs, floats for the pool and even firewood for the fire pit. The well stocked kitchens and outdoor grills made meal prep easy and the ice machine in the butlers pantry definitely came in handy. We would stay here again and would recommend the house and the hosts to friends looking for a vacation rental on St. Simons.

Wonderful house and hosts. Perfect for our family of 12. The pool and kitchen were my favorite spots but the lawn area was a treat too with our croquet set. Just a fabulous set up.

Oh my goodness! What a WONDERFUL property! We have a large group--twelve in all--ranging from five years old to 88. We have been taking family trips together for years, and by far this property has been the BEST. Great kitchen that is well supplied with all your cooking needs; spacious, beautiful bedrooms and common rooms, an amazing 4 story widow's walk (get up early so you can watch the sun rise over the beach!) a great pool/spa, and a very spacious outdoor living area. All of this within walking distance of the beach and about 1.5 miles from the Pier Village. We are already starting to plan next year's trip!

We had the most wonderful stay here! The house was perfect for our extended family of 13. Very nice outdoor areas, wonderful pool, great kitchen and many nice sitting areas. Also a short walk to the beach. TVs in every room. The hostess was very responsive when we had needs or questions.
