Loved having the river in the backyard, allowed for such a relaxing holiday. The house was very functional and matched the pictures shown online. Would love to come again!

Clean and best stocked house ever been too!

My husband and I stayed here for our 40th anniversary and to visit sites where my recently passed away mother was born and grew up. It is located right on the Guadalupe River with a beautiful view. You can see and hear the river from the deck. Located between Comfort and Kerrville, we were able to find things to do in both directions. The house was amazingly stocked and I mean all the way down to coffee pods, clothes detergent pods and usb plugs. I am pretty sure I have never stayed in a house that well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and all missions were accomplished. Josh was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Would go back to this property without hesitation.

As advertised!

It was spacious and comfortable and well stocked! It was great having a fenced yard for our 2 little dogs…beds were super comfy, great AC. The hill country was in a drought so the river was pretty low but the house itself was a comfy spot to crash after hiking, shopping etc.
