Why they chose this property
Surfside Beach is one of the most peaceful and family-friendly beach destinations on the Texas Gulf Coast. I love the relaxed atmosphere, wide sandy beaches, and beautiful Gulf views. The area is perfect for morning beach walks, fishing, kayaking, and watching incredible sunsets over the water. It’s close enough to restaurants and attractions, yet quiet enough to truly unwind and enjoy the beach.

This home was newly built in 2024 and sits directly on the beachfront, offering incredible Gulf views from multiple decks. It’s designed especially for large families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests. The property includes a game room with Xbox, kayaks for exploring the water, beach gear, and plenty of outdoor space to relax. With direct beach access and thoughtful amenities for both adults and kids, it’s the perfect place for a fun and relaxing beach getaway.
