BEACH FRONT, OCEAN FRONT, LUXURY 'FAMILY FRIENDLY' BEACH HOUSE. SORRY, NO EVENTS, HOUSE PARTIES OR PROMS. DESIGNED FOR THE FAMILY VACATION. Summery Judgement is a BRAND-NEW, LUXURY, OCEAN FRONT custom property with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. The house is an upside-down design with the kitchen, living, dining, half bath and one master bedroom with on suite on the top level. The bottom level is equipped with an additional king size master with double sink, rain shower on-suite, two queen size bedrooms with on- suite baths and one custom bunk room with 2 queen beds and two twin beds. Each bathroom is designed to create a luxury spa environment with Quartz counter tops and thoughtfully selected designer tiles and colors for relaxation. This house is perfect for multi-generational families or couples vacationing together. The living, dining and kitchen boast a large open plan with a modern coastal design. Beautiful upscale furniture, marble countertops, 75" TV and large fireplace complete the design! The kitchen is well stocked for prepping family meals. We have a 3 stop cargo/ elevator lift (for suitcases, groceries only), Dish network TVs in every bedroom, and wifi! Our goal is to provide a self-contained resort type vacation with endless views and proximity to the beach. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax. The 1st deck is over 1600 square feet, the 2nd deck is over 1000 square feet with one side uncovered for sunbathing above it all. The house has a large, fenced yard for fido (must be approved by owner). The house is situated next to the rocks at Treasure Island. Some of the best fishing in the area takes place right in front of the house! Deck is equipped with two large green fishing lights that shine down to the waters in front of the house at night. The decks provide the perfect location to relax with a cocktail after a day at the beach, sightseeing or fishing. It's truly a great vacation location! Plenty of parking spaces for up to five vehicles. As a builder, my wife and I designed, expanded, and thoughtfully planned this house for a spacious multi-family rental. The location and oversized lot make this our best design yet!

Our Cozy Retreat

What a beautiful beach house for a cozy weekend vacation with family and friends! We adored every detail of the house. The kitchen was so well-stocked, it felt just like home. The kids loved the bunk beds and the wall-mounted TV. Enjoying the sea view from the kitchen counter during breakfast was a highlight. Plus, there’s plenty of seating on the balconies to enjoy the waterfront view under the shade. Paul was always quick to respond and very friendly whenever we needed something. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood, perfect for a family-friendly vacation.

Extended Stay!

This was our 4th stay with Paul and it gets better and better. Quick response and he even stopped by to fix a small issue. The hospitality was above and beyond our expectations. We will be back.

Our happy place!!

This is our new dream vacation home. The owners thought of everything. All the kitchen gadgets you can think of: 2 crockpots, ice cream maker, blender, even a stand mixer!! The best sunrises and dolphin watching. Paul was very quick to respond and a wonderful host. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Completely Perfect!

Wow! What a beautiful, classy property. I am so happy to have found this beach house. Everything about it is top of the line Every attention to detail has been very carefully thought out and it shows (the towels are even amazing)! We loved the family friendly, quiet neighborhood and location of the house. We had groceries delivered from HEB, therefore, we had absolutely no reason to leave at any time! I am certain that you will not be disappointed with this home. The only disappointment is when you have to leave. Looking forward to returning soon!
