Waterfront Loft 1BR / Bayfront Deck + Beach Access

One of the best views of the Provincetown bay in this charming 3rd floor one bedroom loft right on the water! Located in the peaceful East End gallery district of town. This 3rd floor walkup is located on Commercial St’s bay side. Featuring a beach access, a large private waterfront deck, a shared beach deck & lounge chairs. This is your perfect Ptown on the water getaway! There are also other units available in this house. See property IDs below.


The unit is located on the 3rd floor walkup of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a big main space which features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table where four people can eat comfortably, and a living room space with smart TV and a pull out full sofa bed. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, small work desk and a window AC unit. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In the summer, open the sliding deck doors, turn on the fans and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the heat thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will be blown away by the captivating views of the water at all hours of the day while sipping a cocktail or an ice tea on the deck!


There is a comfortable full sleeper in the living room which offers a second sleeping space for additional guests. The sofa bed will be made upon request. There’s nothing like waking up to the sound of the lapping waves and bay views!

Please note that there are two set of stairs to get to the 3rd floor unit, no elevators. The 2nd set of stairs are on the steeper side.

No parties allowed. This is not a party house. We have other renters in the house.

Pets must be housebroken, not bark a lot, and be safe around furniture. Don't leave any poop bags outside. Pet fee for short term stays: $150/week.

Please open the windows and turn on the fan if you plan on cooking with smoke. We have wired smoke alarms throughout the house.

Very clean and perfectly located. Really appreciate that dogs are allowed regardless of the weight as long as they are well behaved. Very responsive host and beautiful view of the beach. Charming building with character located near great restaurants, coffee, Ptown bars, and shops. Thanks and would stay here again!

Nice stay for a fall visit

The owner was very easy to work with and incredibly responsive to questions and requests. The location was lovely on the waterfront, and the home had the basic essentials for a short-term visit.

The positives: the host is very friendly, easy to reach and communicative, laid back and easy going, which we appreciated. The view is beautiful, check in was a breeze. Needs for improvement: from the description, we expected the kitchen to be better equipped. There was a set of dishes and a couple of basic pots and pans and utensils, but nothing beyond that (serving bowl, platter, etc.). 3/4 of the way through our trip, the host asked us if there was a Brita in the apartment. There was not. When we said we already purchased jugs of water, the response was, well it’s here if you want it. Finally, the listing says there is a pull out couch for overnight guests. We let the host know our daughter and her boyfriend planned to visit for a couple of nights. We were informed there would be a 100 charge per night per guest, 400 for 2 nights. Unfortunately, our guests only stayed one night because the apartment was so hot they couldn’t sleep. We were aware there was only a/c in the bedroom, but there was nothing for the glass doors to the deck to block out sun, very early morning light, or provide any privacy. We couldn’t leave the door open to get some air moving because there were holes in the screen door and there were a lot of bugs that week. They also didn’t have enough beach towels for our guests. We were asked if we could use a pillow from our bed for our daughter. Not sure what we were paying for. Very nice host, but needs to give more attention to details.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. We will get more serving platters/bowls. There was a Cape Cod serving platter in the kitchen. We will put shades in the living room window. We can always provide more beach towels when requested. We’ll add that to the description so people don’t hesitate to ask. Albeit, there are less bugs on the 3rd floor, we will fix any holes on the screen door.

Easy to check in and the suite was clean with great views. It is a 10 a minute walk to the main part of town. I missed that it was paid parking but I did find free parking about 3 blocks away on Bradford Rd going west.

Quentin, it was maybe because town had just started implementing paid street parking on the East End a few months ago. Sorry about that. All the locals are really upset about this and are trying to fight town on this!

Great quiet place

The apartment is spacious and perfect for two. The views are fantastic, and the neighborhood is quiet. We’ve stayed in many places in Provincetown, and there was not much that we could find wrong with this one. Thank you!!

Romantic getaway

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful 5 days visiting Provincetown! Alain’s hospitality, beautiful waterfront home, and gorgeous aesthetic make for the perfect vacation. The accommodations are perfectly appointed—from the well stocked kitchen, to the comfortable & finely decorated living/sleeping/dining areas. The terrace overlooking the bay is a gorgeous spot for morning coffee or an intimate dinner. Also, for a home right in the middle of P-Town, there is no noise! One can partake in the fun of Provincetown and escape to a quiet oasis, all at once. Highly recommend!!

Artist Studio in P-Town

Located on Commercial Street in the heart of Provincetown, this cozy 3rd floor walk-up apartment was obviously just remodeled. Everything was up-to-date and immaculate. The ocean-front deck was a great place for a sunrise morning coffee and drinks after dinner. The beachfront below was also available for a swim or just to sit and watch the boats. Fantastic restaurants, great crowds and fun bars are all within walking distance. In fact I suggest ditching your car in paid overnight parking and getting around on foot. We had a wonderful time and recommend this property and host. We hope to return soon.
