This home features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each offering a unique experience. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with plush carpeting and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the same cozy setup. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed, perfect for children or additional guests.

There are two full bathrooms in the home, each catering to your needs. The main floor bathroom is clean and modern, featuring a tub and shower combination. The basement bathroom provides a touch of luxury with its jetted tub and shower combo, ideal for unwinding after a long day.

The open-concept kitchen is both stylish and functional, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a full-sized refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a farmhouse sink. This space seamlessly flows into the main living area, creating the perfect environment for cooking and spending time with loved ones.

In addition to the main living area, the home also includes a second living room in the basement, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer available, so you can pack light and return home with fresh, clean clothes.

Step outside and enjoy the spacious backyard, a great spot for relaxing or letting the kids play. The property also offers a two-stall driveway, providing plenty of parking space for guests during their stay.

We have a strict no pets, no parties, and no smoking policy. Any violation of these rules will be fined $250.00.

HOUSE RULES:

-Guest must report problems/complaints to host immediately and provide time-stamped video/photo evidence if requested.

-Please place all bagged trash in the green trash bin provided outside. The recycling bin says recycling across the top of the lid. Recyclables should not be bagged, but placed loosely in the bin.

-Dump all food from fridge and cupboards. Please wash all dirty dishes and put away. If left on drying rack clean, this is ok. Extremely dirty home condition will be subject to an extra $100 cleaning fee.

-No smoking of ANY KIND anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors)!

-Only the guest that booked the reservation is allowed to check in.

-We allow early check in and late check out when and if we can accommodate with cleaners. This would be a $50 fee for an early check in or if you need a late check out, this would be a $50 fee as well. Thanks for respecting our cleaners time.

- Guests are strictly prohibited from using the garage under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 penalty.


Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

These measures are mandatory and ensure a secure and seamless experience for all parties

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we kindly ask guests to follow these house rules:

• The maximum occupancy for the home is nine guests.
• No pets, no parties, and no smoking are allowed. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 fine.
• Report any problems or complaints to the host immediately, and provide time-stamped video or photo evidence if requested.
• Please dispose of all bagged trash in the green bin outside. Recyclables should be placed loosely in the recycling bin.
• Remove all food from the fridge and cupboards before checkout. Wash and put away all dishes (or leave them clean on the drying rack). Excessively dirty conditions will result in a $100 additional cleaning fee.
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.
• Only the guest who booked the reservation is allowed to check in.
• Early check-in or late check-out is available for a $50 fee, subject to cleaner availability.
• The garage is off-limits to guests. Violating this rule will result in a $500 penalty.
