Jolie petite maison av court de tennis et grand jardin, BBQ. Environnement tres calme. RDC: salon+salle a manger, cuisine,salle de bain av douche et WC,chambre av lit double. Etage:chambre av lit 120x190 (lit pliants sur demande)+ 90x190 (si besoin, salle de bain av WC. Des draps, serviettes de toilette, savon, papier toilette fournis. Stationnement dans cour fermee. Superette a 5 min a pied, resto et voie verte (velo,pied,etc)a 10 min a pied. 15 min de Caen,40 min de la mer, 20 min de Carrefour Mondeville.
