Welcome to Beaches at the Bay! The serene white sand beaches of the bay are just 2 blocks away and have the most spectacular sunsets. You can relax, kayak, paddleboard, fish, stroll, or watch the dolphins playing in the water while enjoying the sea air. All this promises you a great Coastal experience with no beach tags needed!

We are just a few short blocks from restaurants, an ice cream parlor, Wawa, local wineries, breweries, museums, and coffee shops are close, as are food shopping and fish markets. We are just a 15-minute drive from the famous restaurants and boardwalks of Historic Cape May and the award-winning beaches of the Wildwoods. The Cape May Lighthouse, Sunset Beach, Naval Museum, Cape May Ferry, golf courses, fishing marinas, hiking trails, and more distilleries are just a few minutes away. There are many options for things to do, as well as just enjoying the slower pace while you are here.

You will immediately feel at home when entering this 3-bedroom 1 bath rancher with all the conveniences you need. The living room has a very comfortable sofa and love seat with seating for 6 + to socialize or watch the wall-mounted TV with Roku, which is ready for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, a stainless steel range with a convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with an icemaker, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, Keurig, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, utensils, mugs, glasses, and more. The kitchen table seats six. The back deck and fenced-in backyard, for your under 50-pound dog, are perfect for you to relax outside with your morning coffee, happy hour, or stargazing in the evening. There is also a grill in the backyard for those who like to dine alfresco and enjoy the fresh air. Also in the backyard is an outdoor shower, refreshing after the beach and to enjoy into the fall, which we love to do.
Sleep peacefully in any of the three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, large closets, and lots of storage. The HVAC system has central air and gas heat, making this a home for all seasons. The stack washer and dryer are in a closet in the hall. There is plenty of off-street parking for three cars. We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi.

One dog up to 50 lbs per booking is welcome.

We supply starter hand soap, dish and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body soap.

Please leave the house the way you found it

Linens are not provided... Towels are not provided.
We provide pillows & pillow protectors, mattress protectors, bedspreads and blankets, and kitchen towels.
Guests need to provide:
sheets for queen beds and pillowcases, bath and beach towels. Beach gear ( chairs, umbrellas, etc) can also be rented.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and please be respectful of the surrounding properties and noise level. Quiet hours: 11 pm-7 am.

Girls weekend in Cape May

We had a wonderful girls weekend shopping and eating in Cape May. It is decorated just beautifully for the holidays and very festive! The property was a little bit of a drive from the cape, 15-20 minutes, but just perfectly sized for our group of 3. With Wawa around the corner, we could not ask for more!

This is an immaculate home with a great fenced backyard in a tranquil and friendly neighborhood so close to the Delaware Bay. You will want for nothing except a chance to return soon! If you love the Cape May area, but not the crowds and traffic in town, the Villas is a great option and this property is ideal! Our dog loved the fenced backyard, and we enjoyed time on the back deck. Fantastic weekend and so much to do within such a short distance. Love Beaches at the Bay!!

Pleasant Stay

This property was very nice and met our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean, the fenced yard was great for our dog, and the beach was only a short walk down the street. The neighborhood was quiet. The property manager communicated promptly and sent helpful reminders. We will definitely try to book this location again.

Pauline was super communicative before and during our stay and answering questions as needed. The house was perfect for a little getaway with an 18 month old providing just enough space to run around with not much that needed moving out of reach of little hands. The short walk to the bay was perfect and the quiet beach was a nice contrast from our time in Cape May and Wildwood which was more active and busy (both just an easy 20 min drive away). Definitely would rebook.

The Perfect Relaxing Getaway

We had an absolutely lovely time at Pauline’s beautiful home! Enjoyed the amazing sunsets at the end of the street, and walking down every morning to the bay beach to see the seagulls and just be by the water. From the decor to the amenities, this place had everything we needed for the perfect getaway for our family and a trip to the Barefoot Country Music Festival. Pauline was great to communicate with, and left great suggestions for places to go in nearby Cape May (15 min) and Wildwood (20 min) - be sure to check out Port Marina and Willow Creek Winery. Thank you again, Pauline! We hope to visit and stay again soon.

Great getaway, wonderful host

Very welcoming, family and dog friendly. Pauline was on top of communication with us, making the entire process smooth and easy. As for the place? Not bad at all! Fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog, and the rest of the place was simply a perfect escape. A short walk to the beach, which, no beach badges needed at this part of NJ. The neighborhood was also quiet. Overall, a great vacation house in a quiet setting… definitely worth the stay!
