This lovely two-story cape cod home has 3 BR up with a full bath. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, queen bedroom and a full bath. There are hardwood floors throughout. Step out on to the deck and enjoy the view. Enjoy the outdoors while cooking out on the grill or snuggling by the fire pit! I grew up in the area and have lived in Ashtabula County my entire life. I enjoy farm life , the outdoors, and currently have horses and chickens on my farm. I love historical buildings and architecture. I also enjoy antiques.

Why they chose this property

I have lived next to this home for 30 years, once it became available for sale I purchased it. I would like others to enjoy the quiet country life! Beautiful yard with plenty of leg room.
